Hm, får vel ikke kjøpt uregistrert SIM-kort her i landet lenger. Telefonen kontakter basestasjonen som i Telenor sitt tilfelle er plassert med femhundre meters avstand i tettbebygde strøk. Selv uten SIM-kort skal telefoner kunne ringe nødnumre så ikke stol på at du er hunde prosent anonym for da har de IMEI-nummeret på telefonen.

Try to download/photoshop someone's  passport from Internet. Go with a copy in paper to Narvessen or any place where immigrants ,who doesn't speak well Norwegian ,work. Show them this copy and try to buy a sim  card . One friend of mein did it twice for buying her sim cards for escort ads on RE . She was asked once why she brought a copy ,she replied she always goes with a copy as she is afraid to loose her passport . So ,she has 2 phones not on her name . I am not telling it works 100% ,but just try it. 

Or if you need to put your legal name and address by yourself, write it down with some mistakes +wrong address. Agencies do it . Sometimes you can see phones registered on ukranian or Russian names written with several mistakes with unexisted address

But not Norwegian documents. Swedish ,Danish, Lithuanian passports or id cards would be fine . Go to any ghetto in Oslo and tell in any shop with sim cards ,you're tourist and you need  Norwegian phone  number .

If you know a norwegian that has a business phone plan, it’s as easy as adding a number there, no fødselsnr or anything needed

You would be the boss 🙂It cost 2500 kr to create a sole propriotory ship (ENK) and then you can have as many phone numbers as you like under your org nummer
