When you buy a new simcard, make sure to tell the phone operator that it should be secret/anonymous.  That means not listed.  Normally this service is free. 

The police will still be able to get it.  However, you are hidden for the sexworkers you contact. 

I might also be possible to do this with a simcard you are already using.  But that number has history.
