I agree with you, the customer service is terrible and really poorly managed (other sites I work with in other countries are much better). The verification process I find difficult myself, as it took me a lot of effort because it was almost impossible for me to find the right place to position the phone and manage to have my entire body visible in the video without being too far away or cut off. I can't understand how they manage to have fake reviews in Norwegian, do they use an automatic translator? When a native reads it, don't they realize? For example, if you give me a text automatically translated into Italian, I can immediately tell if it was written by a native or if it's a translation.

The bad reviews in Norwegian are often low grade norwegian costumers that are never happy or try to gaslight the girl.They are very rude and call the girls names.

It can happen that a good client does write a bad review of the girl and is true,but the way they write are consistent,polite and straightforward.Sometimes harsh,but criticism can be used in a positive way.
